Blackberry mint cucumber gin fizz

Quarantine has been an interesting time for all us, so for fun I've been experimenting with some fun cocktails. I had a lot of people ask me for this recipe so here you go! Enjoy!

If we can't go out we might as well make our food and drinks more interesting!

This drink is very refreshing and delicious a great summer cocktail

How to make it

First you need to make simple syrup boil 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar once the sugar is boiled into the water and smooth remove from the heat and add 6 ish cucumber slices and 16 mint leaves let sit for half an hour then strain into a jar. This simple syrup will last two weeks in the fridge.

To make cocktail muddle 1/2 of blackberries with 4 ounces of simple syrup, and 3 ounces of gin then shake in a shaker pour over ice then top with soda
